The newly built house comes with: high speed wifi (fiber optic), air conditioning throughout, Apple TV, a large screen TV, a Nespresso machine, fully furbished kitchen, and Weber barbecue.

Evimin bulunduğu sokakta çok sayıda market, atm ve restoranlar bulunur.
