This thoughtfully designed suite can sleep up to 4 guests and includes all the essentials for a relaxing visit. Conveniently located just blocks from historic downtown Boerne, you’ll be close to shopping, dining, and local entertainment. We look forward to making your stay a great one!

Enjoy Staying in Old Boerne

You'll have a great time at this comfortable studio with novel recycled designs where a bilingual Hawaiian-Chilean family who live and work on the property will assure you have a pleasant stay! Drive to Boerne Lake or Take a walk or drive into town to visit the local microbreweries or the typical Tex-Mex home decoration stores. After, relax under one of the many mature Oak trees while the children play on the swings and jungle gyms across the street at the Kinderpark. New firepit added also!

The Compartment

Enjoy the quiet & beautiful Texas hill country in our 440 square foot unit. Just 4 minutes from Boerne City Center. AC/Heat, Kitchenette. This is a quaint garage compartment but is not located above the garage. Private entry, private access & deck. One Queen bed. Unit comes equipped 2 electric burner stove top, pans, utensils, spices, refrigerator & laundry unit. Also includes coffee maker, microwave/air fryer/bake, toaster, WI-Fi, TV, YouTube TV approx. 70 channels incl. all network channels.

This comfortable, spacious, upstairs studio apartment is a great home base for exploring San Antonio and the Texas Hill Country. Downtown San Antonio and the beautiful Hill Country towns of Fredericksburg, Boerne, and Comfort, plus Six Flags Fiesta Texas and Sea World, are a short drive away. The apartment is private with free parking on site. A perfect spot for a family to stay while visiting the sites in all directions, plus it's a comfortable place to return in the evenings to rest and relax.

Hill Country retreat overlooking the city. Private quarters with separate entrance, spacious living room, full kitchen, bedroom w/closet, bathroom w/shower, and a covered sitting area overlooking city. 15 minutes from Fiesta Texas and Sea World, 25 minutes from downtown, and one mile away from Old Town Helotes. Pool & hot tub are available for additional fee of $50 per pool use in the morning 9:00 - 4:00, or in the evening 4:00 -10:00. Pool is not heated during colder months, only hot tub is.

Welcome to the Sunday House! Our tiny home was built by hand using reclaimed materials with your rest & relaxation in mind. This rustic romantic getaway is equipped with many amenities including a queen-sized memory foam mattress, kitchenette, full size bathroom with a shower and a wood burning stove to keep you cozy. The Coop is an early 1900's small, single bedroom house located in the historic Irons' & Grahams' neighborhood in Boerne, Texas (est 1887.) A completely renovated home , this updated & fun farmhouse has all the amenities and comfort you would want for your hill country visit. Large lot with barn, hundred year old pecan tree and backyard to Frederick creek. Full kitchen, queen bed, washer / dryer and storage. Located just two short blocks from the Boerne Main Street Plaza. The Riverwood - A Hill Country retreat!

The Riverwood cabin was built by the property owner (Oso), a direct descendant of Dr. Herff, an early settler to Boerne in the 1850's. The rustic, craftsman-built cabin sits on an 85 acre historic ranch and wildlife preserve, located just 2 miles from downtown Boerne Square. The cabin is a bit quirky, and definitely an experience, yet has all the comforts you will need for a relaxing stay with friends or family! Please read house rules before booking.

We have everything you need for a romantic getaway, business travel or fun family time. We live in a wonderful neighborhood where deer and chickens roam free. We are about a 5 minute drive to/from Main Street and in the very heart of the Texas Hill Country.
