The house sleeps 8 people with 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Direct access off the rear terrace to the beach Every convenience available to you with an extremely well equipped kitchen. The property is equipped with televisions in the sitting room & master bedroom. Netflix/Prime available-you’ll need your login details to your accounts. Located on the edge of the Goodwood Estate, this property is a stunning semi-detached Duchess cottage with magnificent views over neighbouring farmland towards Halnaker Mill. The property has been the subject of a major programme of renovation and now offers superb accommodation arranged over three floors. Of particular note is the ground floor with its open plan kitchen/living/dining room with bi-fold doors providing access out on to the landscaped gardens. Only 12 miles to West Wittering Beach

Self contained Cottage near the beach and Goodwood

The Cottage is a detached dwelling within the grounds of Hoe Farm Cottage. It is accessed via a private farm track at the end of a quiet lane within the unspoilt Hamlet of Flansham. Felpham, Climping, Elmer and Middleton on Sea beaches are close by. Perfect for families or romantic getaways. Both Chichester and Arundel are a 15 min drive from the cottage. Just north of Chichester is Goodwood, Motor Circuit and Racecourse famous for the annual Festival of Speed, Revival and Gold Cup events.

Yurt Stay in Nature. South Downs National Park.

Hand built by myself & Granny Mongolia, the Yurt is a mix of traditional Mongolian design & bohemian chic. As you enter the yurt you will instantly notice a sense of calm & grounding, an ideal retreat from a hectic lifestyle. Surrounded by countryside, the yurt is home to many Mongolian artefacts gifted to me by Granny Mongolia. It features a charcoal bbq & stove. Modern Large Self Contained Annexe Near The Beach

Constructed in 2018 the annexe is a large, bright self contained annexe measuring 500 sq ft with a small private rear garden to enjoy the peaceful environment. Located on a private estate we are situated within a 3 minute walk of Pagham Beach, Lagoon and Harbour. Part of the road is unmade and has very little passing traffic. If you are looking for a quiet, chilled self contained self catering base that is perfectly positioned to explore the area then The Annexe will fit the bill perfectly.

The Coach House, come relax and recharge

The Coach House can be found at the end of our private drive approximately 100 metres from Shripney Lane in the grounds of and adjacent to Shripney Manor an ancient family home in Shripney. There is parking for several cars, a rustic south west facing garden with views across agricultural land. There are fields where you have exclusive access to simply chill-out in the seclusion of your own space. 2½ miles from Bognor Sea Front with it's choice of shop's, restaurant’s and take a way's.

The SHED is ideally located in the beautiful West Sussex countryside just outside the South Downs National Park and a short drive from the coastThere are lovely walking and cycling routes straight from the door. We are well situated for trips to Goodwood ,Fontwell and Cowdray Park.The towns of Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel and Petworth are all nearby. Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided

A recently renovated cottage with a lovely downstairs space and a spacious garden with the potential to use the hot tub if required. It features 2 king size bedrooms, 1 with an en suite and then a separate bathroom. Theres a kitchen, living area and dining table downstairs with a toilet. A travel cot can be supplied if needed. Please ask if you need any extras and we will do what we can to help! The cottage is attached to the main family home but is it’s own separate space.
