Langholmen private Island - with rowing boat

A whole island for yourself with a cute cabin for two people with the basic necessities and direct access to the Atlantic Ocean. You can catch fish, spot eagles and sea-otters, watch the endless sunset and be directly in nature undisturbed by the modern world. A small rowing boat is included. Bed sheets upon request and extra fee. We are dependent of guests to clean out properly after their stay to welcoming next guests. Please respect. Draget gård – historisk hus ved sjøen, fiske og ro

Småbruket Draget gård ligger naturskjønt til med sjø på begge sider, på en øy med fastlandsforbindelse rett utenfor Molde. Her er gode forhold for turistfiske og mulighet for båtleie. På gården går villsau fritt på beite. Du vil finne en stille og rolig atmosfære Våningshuset har vært i familiens eie i generasjoner. Eldste del er verneverdig og bygd tidlig på 1700-tallet. Huset ble renovert i 2021 med strøm og vann, men har beholdt sin originale stil og sjarm, med skjeve gulv og lav takhøyde.

Eller bare sitte på verandaen å nyte utsikten og se cruisebåtene seile forbi. Hytten er et perfekt utgangspunkt for toppturer sommer som vinter i vakre Rauma med sine majestetisk fjell. Kort vei til flotte Skorgedalen med skitrekk oppkjørte løyper om vinteren. Bilvei helt frem og parkering på tomten.

Koselig hytte leies ut!

Koselig eldre laftet tømmerhytte på gårdstun leies ut. Grei standard. Komplett med kjøkkenutstyr. Lite bad med wc, vask, dusjkabinett og vaskemaskin. Hytta har dobbeltseng på soverom, og køyeseng i sovealkove. Kort vei til Molde sentrum, ca. 15 km og ca. 40 km til Åndalsnes. Liten nærbutikk og busstopp ca 150 meter fra hytta. Kort vei til sjøen med badestrand (ca 200 meter). Ta gjerne kontakt med verten dersom behov for tidligere innsjekking!

Leiligheten ligger i et rolig strøk ca. 10 min. spasertur til Molde sentrum og ca. 10 min. spasertur til Moldemarka med sine mange turmuligheter hele året. Stor veranda med gode solforhold. Speilet på Grautaneset byr på en naturopplevelse litt utenom det vanlige hvor dere kan senke skuldrene og slappe av. Her er det ingen naboer, men utsikt, og natur som fra eventyrene. Grautaneset ligger ved foten av det spektakulære fjellet Tustnastabben. På den ene siden har dere utsikt mot sjøen, på den andre siden ser dere rett opp i fjellet.
