Great views over a large lake where you can feed the swans and ducks. The spacious lounge has a pool table, table tennis table, table football and toy selection for younger kids. A family house with 2 dishwashers, 3 ovens, 2 large TVs and 14 seater dining table. The property is connected to a shared 1 acre garden (as seen on TV program Gardeners World). It is for the exclusive use of my 3 Airbnb properties. There is a tree house, pagoda and lots of space to enjoy for picnics, BBQs and games.

The bedroom includes a king-size bed and chest of drawers for storage. HD TV in lounge; WiFi (95mbps down); Alexa speakers with smart lights throughout (you can still just use the switches);voice-activated smart heating (again, you can just press the buttons); the fully-fitted kitchen includes kettle, microwave,FF, oven, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Luxury Historic England cottage (Robin Cottage)

Merrifield’s Luxury Holiday Cottages. Set in the heart of the beautiful Rossendale countryside, the two listed cottages at Merrifield’s date back to the 18th century and have been expertly renovated to a high standard with no expense spared, providing rural retreats within easy reach of local amenities. These Historical Homes have an aura of peace and relaxation, with tasteful furnishings and interesting artwork. The private gardens provide beautiful views. A well-equipped home away from home.

The Coach House

This is a detached barn that can sleep up to 6 people ,the extra bed is a futon in the upstairs bedroom,bedding is provided.. it has plenty of safe secure parking.. a patio area with seating..it is close to nature and lots of outdoor space. Great for motorbikers too. It has underfloor heating, log burner in the lounge, regular oven fridge freezer, microwave. We have direct access to local bridleways, cycle ways and off road cycling. Lots of moorland directly behind the property for walking.

The Hay Barn

Luxuriously Rural Sensitively converted, the Hay Barn is a blend of traditional exposed beams and vaulted ceilings with luxurious modern furnishings, king size bed and amenities. We have expansive National Trust Nature Reserve views and gardens, a lovely calming setting to relax in and focus on your wellbeing. Relax whilst enjoying an evening BBQ or gazing into an outdoor open fire. With free parking, we are ideally based for Crosby Beach, Formby Golf Courses, Aintree Races and Liverpool.

1750's cottage with open fire and beams

Take it easy at this unique and cosy cottage with a real open fire and original beams. The cottage was constructed in approximately 1750 during the reign of George II. The cottage is constructed from wood and stone and there is not a straight wall, ceiling or door casing in the house! You learn very fast (after banging your head once or twice) to duck under the low door frames and beams. The cottage is small, quirky and very cosy but with a suprisingly large master bedroom and bathroom.

Wake to birdsong and deer grazing in nearby fields. Sip your morning coffee with views of Holcombe Hill, then wander straight from the door onto scenic countryside trails, a dog walkers paradise. Watch steam trains chug through the village on the heritage East Lancashire Railway - a nostalgic treat for all ages. After browsing Ramsbottom’s quirky shops, wine bars, pubs, and cafés, head back to your cosy cottage, pour a glass of wine, and relax into Lancashire’s peaceful, timeless charm

The Granary, Fairhouse Farm

The property is situated in the enclosed gardens of a Grade II Listed Farmhouse with ample private parking. Easy proximity to Leigh Sports Village, Pennington Flash, RHS Bridgewater and Haydock Race Course, M62 Junction 9, M6 Junctions 22 & 23, Newton-le-Willows Railway Station, Warrington Station, halfway between Manchester and Liverpool. Ideal for visiting Lake District, North Wales, Chester, Knutsford, Peak District. Having a car is recommended.

Fern Shepherds Hut

You'll experience a truly magical stay in the heart of nature. This hut is stylish and was thoughtfully built on site. With privacy in mind, you'll feel as though you're here all by yourselves, surrounded by the breath-taking panoramic views of the Ribble Valley and Pendle Hill. Relax and unwind in your own private wood fired hot tub under the twinkling fairy lights and warm glow of the fire pit, with both inside and outdoor seating areas. ​

Coven Treehouse at Cronkshaw Fold Farm

A self-catering treehouse with double sofa bed and amazing views across our working hill farm and surrounding area. Chill in the hammock under the tree, relax next to the fire pit or cosy up in bed under the duvet. Private hot tub available for hire for an additional fee (£42).
