Smart Tv Netflix, Microwave, kettle, toaster and bar fridge. We have a Kelpie cross 'Jett'. Friendly dogs welcome. BYO wood or $30 a bag.

Set on a charming, very quiet and private property at the end of a cul-de-sac only 4 mins to Woolworths supermarket and 10 mins from the beach and Mornington Main St. The property has beautiful views of the Balcombe Creek pristine bushland and all of the Mornington Peninsula wineries, natural parks and attractions are at your door step.
