Welcome to our Tranquil A-Frame Cottage! Relax, refocus and rejuvenate at this newly refurbished chalet perched on a secluded hill surrounded by evergreens. The perfect spot to disconnect from the hustle/bustle and technology. Modern amenities include gas fireplace, A/C, washer/dryer, TV, Record Player, DVD Player. Connect with nature, snuggle up by the fireplace, read a book, play a board game or listen to some vinyl and unwind. There is NO INTERNET but there is spotty LTE/cell service.

The Escape Pod|No Neighbours|Pet Friendly|Drive to

This cabin site is tucked into the forest at the base of the Deacon Escarpment with a view of the Bonnechere Valley Hills. It is a 10 min hike to the Escarpment Lookout, and roughly a 25 min hike to your canoe on a small lake. There is a picnic table, firepit, outdoor gazebo bar, seasonal outdoor shower and private outhouse. The cabin comes with a map of 30km of trails for you to hike or snowshoe. No neighbours within 500m in any direction. Possibility of occasional guest cars going past.

Calabogie Alpine Chalet

Nestled next to a wood-burning fireplace and enjoying stunning views of the ski hill through large living room windows, our Chalet is a dream destination for skiers. In the summer, bring your own watercraft to enjoy Calabogie Lake, (deeded access, boat launch dock with parking and large loading area), or have fun at the Peak Resort. All four seasons, you'll find opportunities for adventure and relaxation, whether it’s hiking, dirt biking, or simply enjoying the beauty of surrounding trails.

Rolling Rapids Retreat

Listen to the sound of the gentle rapids and birds singing as you reacquaint yourself with nature at this unique and tranquil getaway. Rolling Rapids Retreat is a private riverside cabin that is ideal for couples or solo travellers. Sit on the dock and watch the sunset. Sip a drink by the indoor wood burning fireplace while looking out the window at moving water. Watch the leaves change colour and fall from the trees. Paddle the lazy river in a canoe or relax in the hammock.

The Guest House

Our guest house is a cozy log cabin with three floors. It is the original homesteader cabin to our property, revived and restored with care. Nestled in the Bonnechere region of Renfrew County, this magical place of solitude offers nature right outside your door. Local paintings by Ottawa Valley landscape artist Angela St. Jean displayed throughout the cabin feature lakes, rivers, and natural places and spaces that surround us.
