A restaurant is within walking distance. Coeur d'Alene, Sandpoint, several lakes, 3 ski areas & many more outdoor opportunities are a short drive. We love our Condo Del Sol condo for so many reasons! It's perfect for quick access to summer water sports on Lake Pend Oreille or winter skiing at Schweitzer. This updated condo is well situated in downtown Sandpoint. It's about a 10 min walk to all of downtown storefronts and restaurants and only a 15 min walk to City Beach Park. Onsite amenities include water views, 2 pools (mid May-mid Sept use), kayak/SUP launch points, tennis courts, volleyball court, basketball court and BBQ area.

For our "get outside" guests, you can access the lake and biking/walking paths right outside the door or a short 13 mile drive to explore the beauty of our destination ski area- Schweitzer Mountain Resort.
