NOTE: No coffee maker as most want some special coffee drink and there are more than a dozen coffee shops within five minutes.

Grab a canoe and go fishing, or take a swim right off the dock then head to the hot tub. Peep our plentiful resident PNW birds and wildlife including bald eagles, ospreys and herons. The house is on a steep hill; it's a ~2 minute walk on a dirt path from the parking area at street level to the guest suite's private entrance below.

This home is also only an hour away from Crystal Mountain, making it an ideal home base for your skiing trip! After a day in the slopes, come back and enjoy the hot sauna.

We would like to invite you to stay at our lovely home. It has been 90% renovated inside and out, very clean and located in a nice and peaceful neighborhood. There’s plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and shopping malls nearby and we’re only 5 miles from the state fairgrounds. There is a motor home located on site, however it is unoccupied and out of the way. Also there are 2 ring cameras located in the front of the house only for security.

There’s a desk for office work, a beautiful kitchen and ample parking. Outdoors a gas bbq, table, chairs and umbrella for relaxing. You're close to the White River Amphitheatre and Seatac airport. People live on our waterfront so it's not available, but other parks are nearby. Our neighborhood is quiet and walkable.
