This unit has​ 2​ bedroom​s, each with their own bath, ​it has been completely updated with flat screen tv's, high end mattresses, and new furniture. Welcome to our 2 levels Lakefront Paradise on deep water Ft. Henry Lake! We have breathtaking 180-degree lake and mountain views from each room and an 18’x28’ private boat dock. Spacious bedroom has a king bed, private bath/shower combination and all of the essential toiletries for our guests. Living area has a separate office that also faces the lake, futon sofa, flat screen TV and sofa/couch seating for 4.Coffee bar has a Keurig coffee brewer, compact fridge and microwave (no full kitchen).

This adorable 3 br/2 bath cabin is the definition of serenity, but is only minutes from Johnson City, Bristol Motor Speedway, Rhythm and Roots festival, Blue Plum Festival, Fun Fest and the rest of the Tri Cities. There are 2 bedrooms with a queen bed , a full bath, kitchen/dining and living room on the main level, master br is upstairs . NO ANIMALS of any kind are allowed. The property is allergy free due to owner's family being highly allergic to animal hair, dander, feathers and the like.

It is located lakefront with access to boat dock with kayaks, swimming, enclosed private hot tub with tv and water activities. Gather around at the fire pit after a fun day at the lake. Cook in the fully furnished kitchen or better yet cook out on the grill. Curl up with a good book and watch the boats drive by. Centrally located close to State Street in Bristol and Johnson City. Perfect escape!

Watauga River Cottage in Johnson City, TN

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly water front river cottage (Approximately 1,700sf)! Bring your fishing pole and relax! We have Kayaks and life jackets available upon request at no charge (life jackets required!). Enjoy some time on the hammocks by the river or step into the hot tub on the deck over looking the river. Please note we do have a video camera overlooking the driveway as well as overlooking the stairway and river bank below the river cottage.
