Modern, newly built house is right in Boone, but nestled on a beautiful ridge to provide the privacy and desired mountain escape. The home is less than 5-10 minutes to downtown Boone and 321 amenities and ASU, 15 to Blowing Rock, 10 to Foscoe and about 25 to Banner Elk and all the many outdoor activities, dining and shopping offered. **4wd or awd required in the winter!!!

The "Hut" is less than one mile from the red light in downtown Banner Elk. Only a fifteen minute walk or less than two minute drive will put you in the heart of this quaint little town. Less than half a mile to the local brewery and only a ten minute walk to the town park. The owners are on premises and very attentive to the needs of their guests. Those interested in hosting parties should look for other accommodations. Strict no pet policy. The space will only accommodate two guests.
