The mountain cabin is on 2.5 acres of private and quiet surroundings. This perfect location is just 10 minutes from both downtown Blowing Rock and Boone. The natural Stone fireplace adds a romantic atmosphere to this special rustic cabin. Lakes, rivers, creeks and hiking trails are nearby, as well as skiing, cave exploring and even rip- lines for a special thrill. Tweetsie Railroad is just 15 minutes away. Appalachian University is just 10minutes away. There are many wonderful restaurants too.

Welcome and thank you for considering our cabin. We set out to create a space where you can relax and have fun with your fur babies. To many of us, these precious beings are our family, and what better way to explore the area than with them right beside you? No pet, no problem, you are of course, very welcome as well! Just 10min to Boone, 12min to Blowing Rock and the Blue Ridge Parkway. For skiing enthusiasts you are; 15min to App Ski Area 30min to Sugar Mountain 45min to Beech Mountain

Welcome to the Appalachian Mountains! This creekside, lodge-inspired cottage/cabin is the perfect place to stay while exploring Blowing Rock, Boone, or the Blue Ridge Parkway. Creekside Cabin is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin located in a beautiful setting just steps from the Aho Creek. Sleeps 3-5, Creekside offers rustic but modern comfort with WIFI, TV's, heating, stocked kitchen (coffee, tea included) and bathrooms. Bed linens, towels, washer/dryer are included to make your stay comfortable.

We're located 20 minutes from Boone and 15 to West Jefferson, and even closer to the Blue Ridge Parkway and New River activities like fishing and tubing. If you've considered downsizing, or you just want to give living tiny a try for a getaway, this is the place!

Enjoy the solitude of our little piece of Appalachian paradise, centrally located with a short 15- to 20- minute drive to Boone, Blowing Rock, Banner Elk, local wineries/restaurants and the ski resorts. Take in a beautiful High Country sunset - with a glass of wine of course - from one of the three decks overlooking lush Hounds Ears Valley and then cruise the nearby Blue Ridge Parkway the next morning. Our condo is dog-friendly and fully stocked for your next mountain getaway!

Almost anywhere you’ll want to go is within a 15 minute drive from the cabin; hiking, skiing, snow tubing, shopping, breweries and restaurants. High Speed Wireless internet and contactless check-in. Relax away the day amongst the trees or take the short drive into town where adventure awaits. Four wheel drive required to access the cabin when there is snow and ice on the road.

Cozy Condo at Sugar Mountain Ski Resort

200 yards from the slopes, 400 yards from the golf course and the tennis courts, Cozy Condo with its nice deck is the perfect place to relax with friends, family and Fido. This apartment does not have AC because it is located 5200 feet above the sea level. Due to the high elevation, of Sugar Mountain, the highest temperatures are high 70s during the afternoon which does not happen a lot, and 60s during the night.
