Near Resturant’s , coffee shops and yet not far from the Peak District in one direction and 10 minute walk to the university and teaching hospital . Inside: private and self-contained . Can sleep two singles with the help of a sofa bed and happy to accommodate well behaved dogs and provide secure lockup for bikes/gear. The ideal stopover for anyone who needs a time out, and a base to explore from.

Accommodation is in a private suite with a double bedroom, en suite shower room and a living room with basic cooking facilities comprising of a kettle, microwave, single hob, toaster and fridge , suitable for making snacks and light meals. Our small dog lives next door

Local attractions include Leeds city centre, Royal Armouries, Harewood House and grounds, Temple Newsam, Roundhay park. The area is excellent for mountain biking, road cycling, walking. Sporting venues include Headingly, Bramham. We have 3 friendly border collies.
