Lower Mallard cottage, hot-tub & spa options

Mallard is a traditional underdwelling with wonderful original features including beams and barrelled ceilings. It is tucked away high above the river, reached directly by a path and has a lovely view from its own garden to the sheltered woodland beyond. The private hot-tub is available for an additional cost. Exclusive use of the owners off-site private spa - indoor heated swimming pool, spa bath, sauna & outside Swimspa is also available for an additional charge, subject to availability.

Peak District Shepherds Hut

Set in the Heart of The Peak District, we have placed our beautiful fully equipped Shepherd's Hut in a spectacular setting with views right across the Hope Valley and Castleton. Our hut is designed to the highest of standard, with everything from under floor heating to wireless charging points. From the moment you approach our Shepherds Hut you are greeted with motion sensor exterior lights, open the doors kick off your shoes and feel right at home with warmth from the under floor heating.

Twitchill Farm Cottages

Charming self catering holiday cottage sleeping up to 16 guests with a private indoor heated swimming pool and a large private garden. Located in the heart of the Peak District National Park offering panoramic views over the Hope Valley and Castleton and its famous Caverns and historic Peveril Castle. Uppergate Farmhouse Apartment

The one-bedroom apartment is located in a self-contained wing of a listed farmhouse. Oak beams, flag floors, with every modern convenience. The en-suite bedroom can sleep up to 2 (plus a cot) and 1 pet; the apartment has a fully equipped, fitted, modern kitchen/dining/living area and a patio with car parking space. A swimming pool with sauna is available to book at extra charge. We can not guarantee availability of pool slots less than 2 weeks before the booking.

Teal cottage, hot tub, stunning views & spa option

Teal cottage is all on the ground floor with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, private hot tub* and exclusive use of the owners private pool* available. There is ample private parking. Tucked away up a long private drive, this isolated cottage has stunning views from every room and from the patios and hot-tub. However, it is only a ten minute walk down into (usually vibrant) Holmfirth. *Use of the hot tub and pool available at additional cost see below for more details.

Eider cottage with private hot-tub & spa options

Eider cottage - charming listed weavers cottage with many original features, tucked away behind the church in the very centre of this quaint village. It has a private secluded hot tub for an additional cost and the option to book the owners private spa facilities subject to availability & additional cost. Shelduck, hot tub, spectacular views & spa option

Escape the heatwave, it’s always cooler at altitude and enjoy being outside, or inside with spectacular panoramic views of the Peak District National Park in this newly renovated luxurious period cottage with 4 bedrooms, each with its own dedicated shower/bathroom and a breathtaking view for you to enjoy with family and friends. Be one of the first to experience the views from the hot tub and upstairs sitting room or balcony.

Grove Farm Cottage

A lovely 3 bedroom farmhouse that sleeps up to 5 in a double, twin and single bedroom. An enclosed garden, pet friendly (one dog), use of the farm's heated indoor pool (a 70 minute private swim/ sauna is guaranteed each day of the stay - these slots can be pre-booked). There is a playground and a playshed and animal feeding/ egg collecting takes place at 8.30am every day on farm. Children are very welcome to join in.

Apartment- with heated pool, sauna, jacuzzi & gym.

This is a unique apartment with it being a converted mill, great structural features throughout, with modern and homey touches. You will have access to the gym including heated swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi during your stay, there are stunning views to enjoy from the balcony also. High speed fibre optic broadband.
