The Tree Cabin

The heated tree cabin is set within a small secluded wood up a steep path. Cedar lined, insulated and oak clad it cantilevers out over a remote mill pond. Wake up in a tranquil heaven only shared with shy wildlife, including deer, hare, the odd badger and a variety of birds. In the cabin are a king-size plus bed, table and chairs, kitchen area with induction plate, microwave oven & toaster. Your own smaller tree cabin, a few trees away, houses a flushing toilet and hand basin with spring water.

The Manor House

With 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms the Manor House is a beautifully spacious detached, three storey house which has its origins in the early 17th century (we have 3 other properties also available sleeping up to 28 people at this venue). The one-bedroom apartment is located in a self-contained wing of a listed farmhouse. Oak beams, flag floors, with every modern convenience. The en-suite bedroom can sleep up to 2 (plus a cot) and 1 pet; the apartment has a fully equipped, fitted, modern kitchen/dining/living area and a patio with car parking space. A swimming pool with sauna is available to book at extra charge. We can not guarantee availability of pool slots less than 2 weeks before the booking.

Badgers Wood

3 Bedrooms - Situated in truly rural surroundings, with some spectacular views from the location, this is an ideal base from which to visit the many attractions the area has to offer. Taddington Barns (including Badgers Wood, Robins Nest, Swifts Retreat and The Manor House) have been sympathetically restored to fully reflect their character, with exposed beams, wooden floors and carefully co-ordinated fabrics and furnishings being used throughout.
