Self-contained flat within a family house. Living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, shower room. The flat has its own entrance door which encloses space for your use, no space is shared with anyone else. We want you to feel very comfortable during your stay, and hope you enjoy the amenities and facilities which our flat provides. Near Bolton Wanderers stadium (for football and other events), and rail stations with access into Manchester. Manchester Airport is 30 to 40 minutes away by car.

This is an upstairs flat although just one flight of stairs **the breakfast.. This is in the form of a small welcome pack containing cereal/milk which is handy for the guests who chose to stay just one night, there are of course many cafes etc The apartment is self check in. Annex in centre of Poulton Village.

This self contained annex is located at the rear garden of a house in a very quiet street. It is located in a perfect spot only 2 minutes walk to the centre of Poulton and the train station. Only 2 miles from Blackpool Hospital 6 min drive (see pics) Good transport links to Preston and Lythan St Annes. Free on street parking is usually available. The annex has private access. It is accessed down a pathway which runs inbetween/ behind the residential properties. Please see photographs.

Our place is close to Clitheroe Town Centre, The River Ribble, The Trough of Bowland and Clitheroe Castle. You’ll love our place, Its home from home, We want you to come back, we have made it as cosy as we can. You will love it.. We also have a cool Record player with classic vinyl to enjoy whilst having a drink. Wifi is free of charge. There is also a sauna that is free of charge. Pets are welcome. We have a nice garden with various seating areas where you can chill and relax.
