This is a self contained and is the residential part of a barn conversion. It consists of 2 bedrooms upstairs. One with a super king size bed. The other with 2 single beds. Downstairs there is a study/single bedroom, a large sitting room, large kitchen and bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. The indoor swimming pool is across a courtyard and is 10x5m. Guests are welcome to use the garden.There are free range hens, ducks and peacocks. Private parking. No smoking. EV charger available at cost of £0.55kWh.

Crumbleholme Cottage is a traditional stone-built cottage with a modern, luxury interior. It has been designed with ease and comfort in mind. Underfloor heating and a logburning stove mean you'll be warm as toast while you relax and recharge your batteries. Enjoy the peace and tranquility of the Ribble Valley countryside in your own enclosed garden with serviced, covered hot tub. When the day is done, head upstairs to comfortable bedrooms complete with ensuite bathrooms and high quality linens.

Our 3 Bedroom Caravan sleeps up to 8 people, is double glazed/ central heated meaning you can enjoy a stay with us all year round! We pride ourselves on cleanliness, location on the park (cul-de-sac, walking distance to complex) and parking facilities (double space) We have a large outdoor decking space and partially enclosed garden. Our caravan is situated right next to Heysham port so perfect for the ferry to the Isle of Man. We have space on our plot for 2 cars and even a 3rd would fit easily. Our caravan is a good size with a kingsize bedroom with space for a travel cot and has an en suite bathroom. We have tried to make our lovely caravan homely so you feel at home. We supply bedding, towels & toiletries and have everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Entertainment passes can be bought at reception.

Located on a quiet cul de sac away from the main entertainment area but only a short walk to get there if needed. The caravan has 1 double bedroom & 2 twin bedrooms. A travel cot is available on request. Please not entertainment passes are not included. These can be purchased ( if needed ) on arrival from reception.
