The Annex is a completely private part of our house for guests exclusive use, located in the historical Kentish village of Leeds, within walking distance to stunning Leeds Castle. Located 5 minutes from J8 M20. Ideal for Leeds Castle. The Kent show ground. 35 mins drive to Eurotunnel & 50 mins to Dover ferry port. 1 hour to London via train. The Annex has it's own private entrance, rear private patio area, sitting room/ fully equipped kitchenette, downstairs shower room/ large upstairs bedroom.

Number 2 The Old Schoolhouse is a unique space. This home offers a character-filled, spacious place for 4 adults & 2 children to enjoy (+cot). Number Two has a fantastic lounge/kitchen/diner with vaulted, beamed ceilings and new kitchen. The ground floor King-size bedroom provides an en-suite shower room. The spacious upstairs bedroom has a king-size bed, two single beds and travel cot. The small outdoor patio space is through a gate by the front door, with private hot tub and dining space +BBQ

Newly refurbished - Sandown, like its twin Ascot, has an ample sized, well equipped kitchen with a table and four chairs and a comfy sofa that turns down into a bed in seconds. The kitchen has a electric hob and oven, a fridge and a washing -dryer machine is in the adjoing outhouse. A TV is included in the kitchen. The French windows look out over your private lawn onto farmland. From the Entrance lobby turn right straight into the kitchen or left into the ensuite bedroom with TV.

This spacious ground floor one bedroom annexe is situated in the charming town of Leigh-on-Sea. The annexe is joined to the main building by a locked acoustic door. A two minute walk to Bonchurch Park and a short walk to Belfairs Nature Reserve. Plenty of local shops within a 5-15 minute walk and a 20-30 minute walk to Leigh broadway, Old Leigh/beach and Leigh station. EV charger available. A small south-facing patio available for guest use. Off-road parking space.

We would love to welcome you to our converted timber framed building (once a pig shed!) with modern furnishing, wooden floors and high ceilings. 1 double and 1 twin bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, Freeview TV, walk-in shower. Peaceful Kent countryside location, set in half an acre of garden, 1 mile from Tenterden. Great for weekend getaways, family holidays and an ideal venue for small business meetings.
