A Unique Garden House in the heart of the Kent Countryside with views across our 3 acre orchard. Included in your stay is your very own private garden, complete with hot tub & summerhouse to relax in. The property also has private parking plus a secret woodland hideaway. Within walking distance is both Sharsted Wood and Doddington Place Gardens which are great for exploring, plus our local pubs - The Black Lion and The Chequers Inn which are perfect for a spot of lunch or a dinner reservation.

Spend summer days by the seasonal outdoor pool, unwind year-round in the Hotspring hot tub, or gather by the fire pit under starry skies. Just 5 miles from historic Faversham, it’s a perfect hideaway for couples, very private.

The Cabin - Luxury self catering with hot tub.

Unique & beautiful luxury wood cabin with outstanding views over the Alkham Valley. Self catering studio accommodation for 2 adults incl. bathroom and king size bed. Its own private 85m2 deck, covered hot tub with TV, in and outdoor speakers, gas bbq & large private gym. The Cabin is nestled away at the top of a hill in our rear garden backing onto woodland. There is a choice of colour scheme; pink or blue. Standard colour is pink but please message us in advance if you would prefer blue.

Plantagenet: A Historic Country Cottage with Pool

A delightful and unique country cottage with historical links to the Plantagenet Kings of England! It's tucked away, surrounded by mature gardens with views over the Eastwell Manor country estate. Plantagenet Cottage is full of character and charm, it's spacious, very private and relaxing . Our heated pool is great in Summer [closed in Winter]. Enjoy the beautiful Kent countryside, great pubs, a nearby Spa, beaches, Canterbury and lots more - or simply just chill out at the cottage !

If you want to get away from your busy, daily lives, relax and unwind with the sound of birds in the background then this is the place for you. This is not the place for late night hot tub parties! You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.

Barn bubble

The Bubble, which works on a slightly over pressurised system where the air continuously refills the tent is set up on an old working farm. Its the ultimate experience of nature and total comfort. Guests can fully enjoy the peaceful surroundings and wonderful open farmland. Sit back in your very own private hot tub and enjoy the view of the rolling fields. The Lodge self-catering holiday let with hot tub

‘The Lodge’ with hot tub is the latest addition to our lets A light & airy studio (30 sq m approx) Standard double bed, Kitchenette/ living area & en suite shower with eco- friendly toilet.. It is located by foot 100 metres from the main house down a public footpath. It has its own private entrance and a fully fenced garden ideal for a dog. We cater for guests looking for a relaxing night away. We are not a party venue. Music must be kept at a very low level at all times.

Perfect for anyone looking to get away from it all The Lodge offers a romantic hideaway, with exclusive use of the hot tub jacuzzi and a low height mezzanine sleeping area on a futon mattress where you can star watch in bed while listening to the local owls.

The Wren Pod at Little Halden Farm is situated in area of outstanding natural beauty with a fantastic view across the valley towards Tenterden. Our Pod comes with everything you need to make your stay easy and memorable offering the perfect place to relax and getaway, including bedroom, bathroom, well equipped kitchen not to mention a decked area with hot tub, BBQ, outside seating and dining all for your exclusive use. Plus a fire pit on a stoned area to watch the stars by.

'Cottage in the Wood' contains two double bedrooms one with en-suite bath/shower and one with shower room along with a sheltered hot tub taking advantage of the rolling Kent countryside with extensive views over the local Vineyards and North Downs beyond. Fantastic views of the countyside and river, log burner, central heating, she is set up for use all year around - magical!
