Hut in the Vines - all-inclusive!

Hunker down for a unique rural getaway experience at Hut in the Vines. Discreetly nestled at the back end of or tiny vineyard, which is now in its 5th year of production, and very private. Our home is 70 metres away but your space is private with a view down the vineyard. Outside, there is a traditional, wood-burning hot tub, covered eating area with bbq and wood-fired, table-top pizza oven and an electric wall heater…all lit with festoon lighting. Located centrally, just off the high street and an easy stroll to the beach, the Old School House in unique. Divided into four fully equipped holiday homes, the Old School House offers the opportunity to stay in a beautiful listed building with fully equipped modern comfort. Park right outside, grab a glass of wine and relax. In winter with the log burner, or summer in the hot tub with BBQ, all your needs are catered for. We accommodate family groups in the four homes (+cots), dog friendly.

Romantic countryside hideaway

If you want to get away from your busy, daily lives, relax and unwind with the sound of birds in the background then this is the place for you. This is not the place for late night hot tub parties! You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.

Barn bubble

The Bubble, which works on a slightly over pressurised system where the air continuously refills the tent is set up on an old working farm. Its the ultimate experience of nature and total comfort. Guests can fully enjoy the peaceful surroundings and wonderful open farmland. Sit back in your very own private hot tub and enjoy the view of the rolling fields. Rose Shepherds Hut with private Hot Tub

Located on our small organic farm in the heart of the Kent Downs AONB overlooking the natural lake. It has a private hot tub that you can step in from the decking and relax in with a cool drink whilst watching the sunset over the fields. It has a cosy Log burner, Hot running water, Gas Hob, Fridge and private heated shower room (20 paces away). Rose Shepherds Hut sleeps up to 2 adults and 2 children. Kent's castles, beaches and attractions are no more than 30 minutes away by car.

The Wren Pod

The Wren Pod at Little Halden Farm is situated in area of outstanding natural beauty with a fantastic view across the valley towards Tenterden. Our Pod comes with everything you need to make your stay easy and memorable offering the perfect place to relax and getaway, including bedroom, bathroom, well equipped kitchen not to mention a decked area with hot tub, BBQ, outside seating and dining all for your exclusive use. Plus a fire pit on a stoned area to watch the stars by.

Located on an farm you are surrounded by wildlife, birdsong, mooing cows, stunning views and in the summertime the sound of a combine, combining the crops in the surrounding fields. It is the ideal place to turn off that phone and unwind with your glass of your favourite tipple in the woodfired hot tub underneath the big starry sky.

Huge loft style Kentish roundel conversion. Situated on a farm set back from the road it is beautifully peaceful, with circular jacuzzi bath, projector, screen, all mod cons. Amazing walks & pubs from the doorstep, perfect for a country retreat, yet only 30 miles from London. Huge King size circular bed. Reynolds spa is 15 mins away. The house recently featured in Mr Bates v The Post Office, & the roundel was the actors green room.
