Única en la zona Escandon, con excelente ubicación y extraordinaria cercanía a la Colonia Condesa, Roma, Napoles, y zona centro de la CDMX. Aquí tendrás un espacio que cuenta con una sala, comedor, cocineta, tv, wifi, baño privado y un mezzanine con cama queen. También contarás con un jardín privado bajo la sombra de un hermoso árbol de jacarandas. Tenemos dos amigables perros en el jardín común.

It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.
