It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

Nearby in the village is a friendly pub serving meals throughout the day and a delightful coffee and cake shop.

Beautiful, Luxurious, Home from Home Shepherds Hut. Nestling in its own fenced spinney with 300 year old Ash and Oaks trees around you, Little Oaks is rural, isolated and private. You can enjoy the wood fired hot tub, fire pit, BBQ or Pizza oven with only the sheep, goats, horses and chickens on our farm watching. Looking out over rolling countryside, our home built hut is cosy, beautifully appointed, and built to an exacting specification, somewhere we would love to stay!

The Beeches (Willow), Goulceby Viking Way Property

You’ll love this charming property, set within yards of The Viking Way in the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds. A picturesque and peaceful location, with immediate access to walking trails, yet only a short drive away from popular attractions including Cadwell Park, local market towns and the Lincolnshire Coast. Goulceby is a quiet village with a popular pub five minutes walk from the property. We have ample parking for vehicles, including room for vehicle trailers.

The Good Place, Spalding

The good place is in the centre of town making it easy to explore Spalding . We are a five minute walk from the train station. Our beautiful house contains interesting history and still has a lot of original features. It’s a great place for a relaxing weekend away or as a base to explore the local area. We are half hour away from Stamford , Peterborough and only an hour away from Norfolk . London is accessible in an hour and half by train.
