Situated 15 minutes walk from the station and Broadstairs town, 3 stunning Blue Flag beaches and the village area of Reading Street. The suite has it's own tropical garden with large patio area for sunbathing and relaxing.

It has its own front door and parking on the drive as well as free parking on the street. You can be on the sandy beach in just 2 minutes, a Seaside Award beach meaning it is one of the best beaches in UK. We are far enough out of town to be peaceful but only a 10 minute walk along the cliff top to the vibrant town centre.

The property has off road parking with a private entrance. 2 steps lead to the entrance hall and off of this is the bathroom and the main accommodation(1 large room).A small kitchen including: electric cooker, microwave,fridge/freezer and washing machine. The queen size bed has storage. Also a small table and chairs. The property also offers a sunny courtyard.

Set on a quiet rd in Cliftonville. Contains everything you could possibly need.
