Apartment front door is on ground level and has washer dryer as you enter. You will need to go upstairs for the main floor. There is plenty of parking on site.

Only a 20-minute drive to Seattle. 15-minute drive to world-class Woodinville wineries. A 5-minute drive to downtown Kenmore with many unique restaurants and breweries.

This is a remodeled cozy 1 bedroom/1 bathroom unit in a duplex. Located in Downtown Bothell, you will be a short walk away from the numerous restaurants, pubs, and coffee shops. The University of Washington Bothell and Cascadia College campuses are just a 10 minute walk, as is the Sammamish River/Burke-Gilman Trail. A 10 minute car ride puts you in the middle of Woodinville Wine Country; Lynnwood and Bellevue are at 20 minutes, and Downtown Seattle is a half-hour away.

We are the main residents with the suite on the ground floor of our townhouse. It is a 5-10 min walk to the 185th Light rail station. (Refer to other details to note for specifics). Outside find solace by the crackling fire pit under a canopy of old cedar trees, and an 8 minute drive from downtown snohomish.
