Waterfront house with jacuzzi & jetty in Stockholm

Beautiful lakeside villa with private jetty, jacuzzi and a spacious wooden deck that offers sun from morning to late evening. Besides the secluded jacuzzi the deck offers a large bbq great for outside dinners. The house is close to a public beach with a waterslide and bar/ restaurant. The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). Här bor du lantligt intill sjö och natur men med korta avstånd till Stockholm. Parkering för en bil finns. På ca 40 minuter tar du dig kommunalt till centrala Stockholm. Välkommen till ett vackert hus i Uttran, Stockholm. Njut av din vistelse i vårat hus med sjötomt , privat pool och egen brygga. En kort promenad från huset finns naturreservatet vinterskogen med en upplyst motionslinga, utegym, vandringsleder och en mysig badplats. Sjön Uttran är en avlång sjö som sommartid inbjuder till bad, fiske eller kanske bara en mysig båttur. Vintertid kan man vissa perioder ta en promenad, åka skridskor på isen eller varför inte ett uppfriskade bad i en isvak.
