Experience everything Boulder has to offer from this spacious private 1 bedroom guest suite (no shared spaces with the owner!) You will have your own private entrance, living room, dining room, full kitchen, bathroom, and wireless internet. Some child amenities available upon request. It’s a basement apartment with a family of 3 and a dog living upstairs. You may hear some noise from upstairs on occasion.

We are 10 miles from Boulder where culture, food & entertainment abounds. We are 45 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park. This 600 square-foot basement level suite has windows in both bedrooms and the family room. It is completely private from the rest of the house and includes 2 bedrooms, a family room with wet bar, toaster, coffee maker, 2 small refrigerators and a private bathroom with jacuzzi tub. There is also a 51" TV and wireless internet access. We welcome all ages, including infants (we even have a Pack and Play!) and all ethnicities. Also, we DO give refunds for cancelled flights!
