In summer make it a get-a-way for fishing, kayaking, canoeing, or ATVing. Venture out to the numerous waterfalls, hike the Ottawa National Forest or Sylvania Wilderness, view the scenic Porcupine Mountains, drive through the Keweenaw peninsula. Amenities include high speed internet, stainless appliances, coffee maker, front load washer and dryer, streaming services/Apple TV, 3 flat screen TV's, 2 fireplaces , central AC and a high efficiency furnace. The home is situated on 4 wooded acres (not lakefront) off a well maintained gravel road. Very private. No neighbors in sight. Wildlife is abundant. Dogs are OK w/approval & fee.

Our cottage in the heart of the "Island City" of Minocqua offers a fun lake house interior with views of Lake Minocqua. Backyard with cozy firepit and outdoor dining area. Super-convenient location easily walkable to everything the downtown island has to offer including many restaurants, shops, beach, and the famous Bearskin Trail. Private pier slip for your boat included! Cruise the Minocqua Chain of Lakes, enjoy miles of area trails or simply relax on the deck and watch the boats go by.

The Loft Above the Barn, Tamarack Moon,

Our place is a back-to-nature farm setting. . You’ll love our place because of the rustic location, the farm ambiance, and the beautiful outdoors. The Loft is comfortable and has one queen bed, one standard double bed and a couch. There is a bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower. Dogs are welcome with prior approval/notification and there is a $15 dollar cleaning fee. Dogs must be leashed at all times for their safety (See further information under Neighborhood description)

Peaceful country setting with privacy and access to river. Located just 11 miles from shopping and dining and in the midst of prime hunting and fishing locations. Also near ATV and snowmobile trails for our outdoors lovers! NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY OR IN HOUSE! CLEAN UP AFTER PETS OUTSIDE! Please be respectful of the rental and clean up after yourself before check out. Garbage bags can be placed outside of the door or placed in the garbage bin in shed next to house.

The Whitley house is furnished with all the essentials plus some and if you have a special request or need we do everything we can to try to accommodate you. 10 mins from Lake Gogebic County Park and many other fishing spots. A short drive to the Porcupine Mountains and directly off the ATV/snowmobile trail that runs through Marenisco.

The beautiful Northwoods combined with a stay at our small organic vegetable farm is a perfect place to relax. While not on a lake, we are surrounded by lakes, beaches and trails. Cross country ski, snowmobile, snowshoe, ice skate and then come back to our cozy, warm apartment. Centrally located in the Northwoods of Wisconsin it’s the perfect place to slow down and relax.
