The place is nestled into one of the last Virgin stands of 100' hemlocks left in the state, part of the Van Vliet Hemlock States Natural Area. Manitowish Waters has been our home away from home for 4 generations and we'd like to share it with you. Modern amenities with private pier space for 2 boats. 2+ acres of woods, nestled under birches & pines, the home features 500+ ft of shoreline on a private bay between Manitowish and Alder Lakes (part of a fishing-friendly 10-lake chain). Bay features pristine national forest. Two kayaks, rowboat, grill, ping pong, bikes and firepit all on property and available.

Completely remodeled home at the end of peninsula

This home was completely remodeled in 2017 with a new kitchen, baths, flooring, etc. It is located at the end of peninsula, creating a private setting with north and west views of the lake. There is a sandy frontage, great for swimming, fishing and boating. A short distance from the shops and restaurants of Manitowish Waters and Downtown Boulder Junction, but far enough away from everything to create a peaceful, relaxing setting for your Northwoods vacation.

Centrally located between Minocqua and Boulder Junction. Room Tax is now being collected directly thru Airbnb at 6.75% and remitted to the Town of Boulder Junction.
