It's safe, peaceful, and close to the beach. Either hire a car, or Uber, or jump on the Metrorail. Train station 5 minutes away... Will whisk you to all the trendy spots in Kalk Bay and Muizenberg. Close by are the world renowned Boulder's Beach penguin colony; mountain climbing behind the cottage, access to deep sea fishing, diving and kayaking at Simon's Town Waterfront & Harbor; as well as scenic Cape Point Nature Reserve. Quaint coffee shops & restaurants line the streets of this historic Simon's Town.

The Cottage is completely off grid, with fresh water coming off the mountain and energy from the sun. The cottage is built from local materials - stone walls, reed ceilings, blue gum supports. There are glass doors and windows throughout the cottage. The cottage has a beautiful open-plan bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom includes a tub, a toilet and a basin.
