Both bedrooms lead to balconies, the views are spectacular. We are connected to a 24 hour security service that will escort you into the apartment if you are coming home late or alone. The whole apartment is available. Open plan lounge dining kitchen and two en-suite bathrooms, entry area and deck. I am an artist, so my studio (opposite to apartment entry) will be locked as I will use it as a storeroom. Located just a few kilometers west of Cape Town CBD, Fresnaye is one of the city's most affluent neighborhoods. The loft is just a short stroll from high-end Sea Point eateries. Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient. If you prefer a personalized tour guide or shuttle service, we can organize that as well. Please note there will be extra outdoor furniture added to deck before your stay. Boulders Beach and the famous penguins are an easy 20 minute walk away and Long Beach is 10 minutes away as is the railway station. This is a high quality accommodation, All three bedrooms are en-suite, with spacious and sound-proofed rooms. A well equipped kitchen with an outside deck with South African 'Braai', pool and seating area.

Comfortable, spacious, airy and bright, newly decorated large first floor apartment fully equipped including beach towels and deck chairs. This apartment is ideally located within a few metres from Seaforth Beach, Restaurant and the penguin world. A friendly family of penguins pass by the apartment each evening to spend the night in the drain opposite our balcony. An extremely safe location.
