2nd story Rustic 3 bedroom on the Kootenai River

A Country Rustic place above Jake’s Landing's catering kitchen at the top of Idaho on the Canadian Border with river view. There are three bedrooms, a living space, a kitchen & a bathroom that has a deep soaking jetted tub/shower combo. Spacious master with a queen bed, second bedroom with a full bed, and third with 2 twin beds . The livingroom has a full-sized sleeper sofa. Enjoy a small table & chairs on the deck outside the entrance/kitchen, as well as access to a fire pit & picnic table.

The "Outhouse"

We are a quarter of a mile from downtown Bonners Ferry, meaning walking distance to Breakfast, lunch, dinner, casino, beautiful views and friendly people! We are 45 minutes to the village of Schweitzer and a great stopping point before Canada. Super clean and love to share our hand crafted tiny guest home! The Outhouse is located on property. We as hosts are next door in the main house, so if you need anything we are avilable! We happily accommodate late listings and last minute bookings.

Stroll through our 15 acre woods, ride e-bikes or mountain bikes or visit a lake or waterfall nearby. You'll love beautiful North Idaho!

Watch the sunrise from the porch while sipping your morning coffee! Take a short drive to town and enjoy local shops and dining!

Animals of all types and sizes visit frequently such as deer, wild turkeys, and even moose. You are surrounded by the sounds and sights of nature all around. The air is fresh, the clouds are ever changing, the eagles and hawks are ever circling overhead and it is easy to fall in love with your surroundings.
