We do live upstairs and you may hear some walking, but we keep our kids as quiet as possible. We do not allow smoking or parties on the property.

You won’t believe you’re in a basement apartment! This space is full of warmth and light. Recently renovated, with hardwood floors throughout and modern furnishings. Enjoy stunning views of the Wasatch Mountains from your backyard. FYI: Our family of 5 lives upstairs! Our 3 kids will be silent from 8 pm-7 am.
