Suitable for people who want to relax and wind down. Please beware this is not a party location. NB: Very steep stairs.

Our Guest Annex is a Studio with its own entrance, keysafe & parking infront. Upon entering the hall, there is a lounge with a sofa-daybed (with trundle), a smart TV, a kitchenette and a dining table. The kingsized zip-link bed is located at the back of the sunny room with large windows overlooking the back garden. Access to our washing machine, which is located in the main house, is available on request. Housekeeping is weekly, normally on Sundays, when your stay is 7days or longer.

The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Offsite parking (EV charging available) is less than a 2-minute walk away. Bournemouth train station is 5 min by taxi.
