Exquisitely presented rural property which can comfortably sleep up to 6 people. The lodge is completely self contained and offers a home away from home luxurious stay for our guests. Guests are met with a welcome basket containing your everyday essentials so you can begin your break as soon as you arrive. Family friendly 2-bed holiday home (sleeps 6), centrally heated & double glazed throughout. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac close to all park amenities & adjoining beach. Price includes Wi-Fi. Open plan living space with large L shaped sofa/bed, 43" TV, & fully equipped integrated kitchen. Family shower room, & an en-suite to the Master bedroom, which also has a fitted double wardrobe, 32” TV & king-size bed. The twin bedroom has two single beds. The patio doors lead to a wraparound veranda.

April Cottage, a comfortable cosy two bedroom terrace cottage set in the middle of a delightful village, with our friendly local pub and shop offering scrumptious local produce. Nestled in the heart of the New Forest with only a short drive to nearby beaches, open forest and the charming market town of Lymington, with its picturesque town quay, boutique shops, and bustling Saturday market. Not far away is Bournemouth, with long golden sandy beaches, theatres, restaurants and nightlife.

A beautiful two bed house with garden and off street parking in an excellent location in Poole Dorset. The property features a new luxury bathroom installed in June 2021. There is an additional double sofa bed in the second living room. The property is moments from popular Ashley Cross with its bustling bars and restaurants and only a five minute drive to the award winning beaches of Sandbanks and Branksome Chine. Guests also have the open spaces of Poole Park only 5 minutes walk away.

Located on first floor and provides 2 bedrooms, lounge / diner, shower bathroom, chill / hide out room, spacious 130sq. ft balcony (rare!) with amazing views / sunsets over Poole Harbour, Brownsea Island and in the distance the Poole Quay area. Looking at our photo's is a real must!!! Relax on the balcony and just watch some amazing views, there is always something interesting to see!!!

The Dudsbury Lodge is a lovely modern day cabin set in a semi rural area over looking lovely fields with its own private parking and courtyard for the perfect evening BBQ with the friends and family to relax in comfort with the stunning long ham lakes near by for an evening walks, local pubs and restaurants at a walking distance and only a short drive to the award winning beaches in Bournemouth, pets are allowed but must be well trained and additional cost of £20 payable on check in.

A newly built 3 storey 5 bed detached house with stunning harbour views, 5 mins to Sandbanks beaches. Direct access to the water, Kayaks available for hire. 2 of the 5 bedrooms have sea views and share a balcony. All 5 bedrooms have en-suites and the master bedroom has a freestanding bath overlooking the sea. It has a bespoke layout with an open plan kitchen/dining area on the 3rd floor which makes the most of the stunning views at the highest level of the house.

A Modern Luxury Cabin on The Jurassic Coast is a self-contained cabin in our garden. Built in July 2020 & 5m square it's a compact studio with a double bed & a mezzanine which sleeps a young adult as it's accessed by a steep ladder. Not suitable for children under 12yrs . En-Suite shower room and kitchenette with a hob, fridge & microwave. Quality furnishings & luxury toiletries. Very close to the beach, shops, cafes & takeaways. Sorry we don't accept pets.
