Situated the picturesque village of Gileston in the grounds of the 400 year old Grade II listed thatched cottage, Rose Cottage. The property is 10 minutes walk away from the beautiful Glamorgan Heritage coast and the Welsh Coastal path. There are loads of beautiful walks nearby aswell as two pubs (15 minute walk) and a large co-op (10 minute walk). Wedding venue Gileston Manor is a 1 minute walk away. Great access to Cardiff Airport, Cardiff Stadium, the Principality Stadium and the city centre.

Lovely view of the countryside, quiet, calm and relaxing. We allow a small dog, guests need to inform hosts of their intention to bring their pet with them, as there are certain rules/guidelines. Please see our other listing next door to Suite 1, ‘The Pod’ -sleeps 2, ideal for friends/2 couples taking a break together. Private use of garden gym.

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. A cosy cottage, built circa 1820. Located in the historic town of Llantwit Major, the cottage is ideal for couples/families wishing to enjoy the South Wales coast. Comfortably furnished with some character features, a fully equipped kitchen and a good sized dining space. The sitting room has a log burner and there are two spacious bedrooms on the first floor. A mature garden opens up towards the back to a decking area that catches the evening light, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine.
