This own entrance barn conversion apartment is set within a beautiful and historic 36 acre estate on Dartmoor, prettily watered by a babbling brook and surrounded by lakes, trees and pastureland. One of two spaces available for holidays on the estate, The Hayloft sits above the former stables to the adjacent Burrator House. On the estate are formal gardens, ancient woodland and pasture, home to Highland Coos and rare breed sheep.

Above is our busy family home so we're on hand to help if you need us but expect some noise from doors/footsteps. The basement property has plenty of natural light from its south facing position.

We follow Airbnb enhanced cleaning. All high touch areas are cleaned and sanitised. We take pride in our cleanliness and provide extra cleaning supplies for guests during their stay.

It is situated in the village of Turnchapel where there are lovely coastal walks to explore as well as 2 good pubs and a waterside cafe also the perfect spot for the dive school. It is only a 10 minute walk to the water taxi to Plymouth’s historic Barbican and Plymouth Hoe The property has its own fenced in garden and parking place.
