We are nestled among the Douglas Firs and Western Cedars on a rock. We call it our treehouse. 5 minute drive, 25 min walk (hill involved) from the ferry/Cove/restaurants. 10 min walk to Miller's Landing Beach, wonderful swimming, overlooking the North Shore Mountains. 10 min walk to Crippen Regional Park! With an ocean view in front of you and the forest behind you, relax in our home located on the south side of Bowen Island in a quiet, family-oriented cul-de-sac just 5 minutes from the golf course and beach, and 15 minutes from Snug Cove. This unique property offers separate access to three bedrooms and a living room, eating area, kitchenette, and sundeck. Note: Kitchenette only - no full-size oven, just a countertop 10-in-1 convection oven. Owners live in the other half of the home.
