Our smallest apartment, Lakeside, is a 1 bedroom ground floor studio boasting a fully equipped kitchenette, en suite shower room, TV, glass-topped oak dining table for 2, Wi-Fi and least of all, beautiful views of our Marina and Lake Windermere from your large bay window complete with Private patio with table & chairs. Magical, grade II listed 18th century traditional Lakeland cottage, set within 5 acres of woodlands, leading directly to private beaches on Lake Windermere. Relax in a peaceful, natural environment, ideal for friends, families, wild swimmers, cyclists, paddle boarders, hikers and for cosy evenings by the fireplace. Separately charged are a luxurious hot tub, perfect after a hard days hike and a wood fired barrel sauna with cold shower. A tuck shop, art classes and treatments are also available.

Lodge on the Lake is a luxurious property located in a very special position right on Lake Windermere within the Lake District National Park. Enjoy uninterrupted views across the Lake towards the mountains from the privacy of the Lodge. The Lodge has a private setting within the 5 star Fallbarrow Park which offers that special break. Take a five minute walk into Bowness town to enjoy the many restaurants, bars and shops or a Lake steamboat excursion. Please note, pets are strictly prohibited.
