There is a double sofa bed in the living room that can sleep 2 additional people comfortably. This is not a separate room. This is great for a family with kids.

The Chapel at Welby Park Manor

Recently renovated. Built in the 1870's, Welby Park Manor is one of the oldest homes in the Highlands. The Chapel is a freestanding sandstone guest cottage with private entry and outdoor area. The property is a two-minute drive from the Mittagong shops, a seven-minute drive to both Bowral and Berrima, and close to local wineries and restaurants. The newly renovated bathroom was completed December 2025 and has under floor heating and heated towel rail. Well equipped kitchenette.

The Stables at Long Paddock

The Stables is a self contained guesthouse situated on our family property in beautiful Burradoo. Suited to either a family of up to four or two couples, the guesthouse is fully equipped for a weekend away in the countryside.
