The Paddock Modern Home

Cozy comfortable smoke free home located in a great neighborhood minutes away from all needs including restaurants, grocery, shopping, downtown, riverfront, hospital and beautiful Central Park! This property has a mounted 32” Roku TV in each bedroom along with a 55” Smart TV in the living room. This is a duplex home with our other airbnb named “The Bunkhouse.” Given availability, there is an option to rent both sides to give families/friends the option of having more space, beds, and bath!

Additionally, the area's three largest hospitals Cabell Huntington, St Marys, and Kings Daughters, are located within 20 minutes.
