This nice open space is super comfortable & relaxing. It has vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, a water dispenser, a grill, a small deck, a fire pit, a picnic table, a soaking tub, etc... With a quick 7-minute drive to either downtown Petoskey or a 10-minute drive to Charlevoix and 20 minutes to Petoskey State Park. The property is steps away from avalanche mountain preserve where you can hike, mountain bike, disc golf, snow shoe/ice skate or just take in the views of the lake. Boyne mountain resort is a short 10 minute drive. We are centrally located.

Gunther’s Cottage -Nostalgic,Historic,downtown

The restoration and preservation of this unique Airbnb is finished! One of the oldest surviving structures in the area. It was a “Tin Shop & Stoves” store in the late 1800’s since then it has been a General Store and private residence. It is now a private Airbnb cottage where you can stay with all the comforts of a “couple’s retreat” along with a candy shop/store just for guests to experience the nostalgia of interacting with a historic General Store.
