We only accept reservations of 31 nights or longer and cannot accommodate shorter stays. Secluded and peaceful, just 2.2 miles south of Bozeman’s Main Street (about a 7-minute drive) and minutes from MSU and the hospital. We live next door in a separate house and share a large backyard. This thoughtfully updated 2-bedroom, 1-bath 1973 mobile home includes a backyard deck and comes fully furnished with everyday appliances and essentials. Every-other-week cleaning is included in the price.

Enjoy beauty & relaxation on acres of land and horse pastures while being minutes from Hyalite Canyon & Reservoir (some of the best hiking, fishing, swimming, boating, ice climbing, etc.) and 10 minutes from down town. The guest house (the 2nd floor of a detached building on our property) is over 1,000 square feet and the perfect place to use as basecamp as you explore Bozeman and surrounding areas. The hot tub with mountain views is a perfect way to unwind from your day.

The Adventurer's Den - Downtown Bozeman

After a day of exploring, settle into the Adventurer's Den for some R&R before heading out for more! Located near downtown, this recently remodeled abode is close enough to walk to the action, but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. We hope you make yourself at home with the fully equipped kitchen, laundry, portable AC unit, weber grill, picnic table, Wi-Fi and more. The A-Den sleeps 5 (1 Queen, 1 Full, 1 Twin Bunk). Adventure awaits, stay here in between.

Story Hills Glamping Motorhome

The location of the RV is the base of the Story Hills, and our view of the Bridger Mountains is hard to beat. Situated on our 3 acres, we are only 1 mile from beautiful downtown Bozeman and 20 minutes from Bridger Bowl. There is a local coffee shop (Treeline), local bakery (Wild Crumb), local deli (Fink's), and 2 breweries (Mountains Walking & Bozeman Brewing Co) within walking distance. The walking trail system is accessible from a gate on our property also.
