The Ilkley Hideaway Luxury Apartment in Central Ilkley

The Ilkley Hideaway is a private apartment based in central Ilkley only a few hundred metres from shops, amenities and the wonderful moor. The hideaway has off road parking and a private patio. We converted The Ilkley Hideaway in 2017 and have been welcoming guests ever since. I (Georgina) work for the NHS and Tom is a secondary school teacher- we live directly above the Hideaway with our young children Millie (3) and Hattie (1). We have had some amazing people stay over the years for cycling, walking, weddings and meeting family and love being able to host people in beautiful Yorkshire. The apartment is self-contained with its own entrance and parking. The accommodation offers: lounge/kitchen/double bedroom and en-suite. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, full size fan oven, and a ceramic hob. There is a breakfast bar and a comfortable lounge with sofa and sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, and a DVD player. The apartment has its own patio area, perfect for a coffee before your morning walk or an evening glass of wine. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. We pride ourselves on detail at the Ilkley Hideaway, there are some lovely little touches to discover; all designed to make your stay extra special. Walkers and cyclists are all welcome and there is bike storage. Regret no smoking in the apartment. Regret no dogs. Outside - Patio and outdoor furniture. - Parking for 1 car We live above the apartment- we like to meet all the guests and show them around, we are on hand if guests should need us- however once checked in we like to give our guests their privacy. Walk to everywhere in Ilkley from this central location, including cafes, pubs, bars, and independent shops. Stock up at a supermarket 300 metres away. Go on picturesque outings to the surrounding moorland, and hike further afield in the Dales.

A cosy studio annexe with outdoor kitchen, dining and decking area set on an acre of beautiful garden, with access to private woodland. Secluded but near Wakefield, Yorkshire Sculpture Park is only 5 mins away and the Hepworth Gallery 15 mins. The vibrant city of Leeds is just 20 minutes away. Historic York is an easy 40 mins drive and you can be in the heart of the Peak District within the hour. The hosts live in the main house on site so are available to answer any questions during your stay.

The Hollies ‘Studio’ Apartment

The Hollies Studio Apartment is a stylish self contained modern unit complete with integrated kitchen and shower room. Ideal as a base for visiting Halifax, walking the Calderdale Way/ cycling adventures. You can also take in some of the many awesome gigs at the Piece Hall (Uber is £7.50). Located centrally in Greetland with nice bars / restaurant's / public transport links all within walking distance. This one bedroom flat is adjoining a family home situated alongside the Leeds Liverpool Canal, just 5 minutes walk from the famous 5 rise locks in Bingley. The lounge & bedroom look out over the garden to the canal. The area immediately outside the flat is for guests to enjoy with outdoor seating area. A fully equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, sink, kettle, toaster. Plus bathroom with walk in shower. The bedroom features a double bed.
