Esta propriedade foi pertença da condessa Mumadona Dias e vem referida na documentação medieval como "Villa Margaridi”, numa carta que data do ano 1021. Rosinha's Lodge é um belo apartamento duplex criado nas antigas dependências agrícolas da Casa de Margaride. A Casa de Margaride e seu Jardim estão classificados, pelo Estado Português, como Património de Interesse Público.

Juntamente com outros 4 alojamentos fazem parte da BeAR Home, um prédio situado numa zona tranquila do centro histórico da cidade de Braga. É composto por um quarto com uma cama Queen, uma casa de banho moderna e uma sala com cozinha e um sofá-cama. Podem ainda usufruir de uma varanda magnífica, ideal para as noites quentes de verão.
