An independent Annex accessed from a courtyard with parking. 3 rooms comprise of a double bedroom, fitted kitchen/dining area (inc cooker, fridge, microwave) shower room with wc. Heated throughout WIFI, SMART TV, patio area and garden views For singles a couple and infant under 2 The kitchen includes a cafeteria and coffee, breakfast starter essentials - bread, butter, tea, milk, fruit juice, marmalade and cereal. Large studio room w/own entrance, roof terrace & en suite. Previously a games room over garage, with newly-added shower room, fridge, microwave/oven & Chromecast-enabled TV. Situated in Peaslake, the heart of Surrey Hills mountain biking. Direct access to the Hurtwood's fantastic trails - easy access to Pitch Hill/Winterfold. Bike wash down available. Spacious parking. Walk to The Hurtwood Inn (5 mins), The Volunteer (20 mins), William IV & William Bray (45 mins), Gomshall Stn (45 mins).

The Cabin

Set in a peaceful rural location, 10 mins from the heart of Guildford, this wonderful little space affords totally self-contained comfort and privacy. We like to provide the extra touches to make you feel more at home on your holiday… The Cabin is surrounded by trees & wildlife abounds happily. Awake to birdsong galore! ***COVID19*** We deep-clean between stays, so you can book with confidence! One of us is vulnerable to this virus. Please don’t book if you know you pose a risk. Lovely self-contained annex with shower room

Lovely, light spacious annex with en-suite shower room. It has a separate entrance and access to a deck. Off street parking is available. Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. PLEASE NOTE: ON BOOKING I’LL SEND DETAILED DIRECTIONS AND INFORMATION ON ACCESSING THE ANNEX.

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on some days of the week. Do enquire. NB: There may be some disturbance from building work in the adjoining annex, but this is very intermittent and much of the time there is no noise at all. You may, though, be unlucky!

Scandi style Cabin in large garden beautiful views

Our restful cabin is situated in a peaceful spot within our 2 acre garden, with views onto open fields with horses and our miniature donkey in its paddock. It offers a perfect rest spot for walkers and cyclists exploring the beautiful Surrey Hills. Our village has a fabulous pub which is a 10 minute walk away. The closest station is Shalford which a few minutes drive away or a 10 minute drive to Guildford and Guildford is a 35 minute train journey from London Waterloo.

A charming country escape within easy reach of London. The rustic oak barn is romantic, cosy and filled with the scent of flowers from the garden. Located in beautiful countryside with miles of footpaths from the garden gate - within 2 minutes walk of The White Horse, the best gastro-pub in the region. Set in our beautiful landscaped garden, the Barn is located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty - perfect for exploring the Surrey Hills and West Sussex.

A luxury barn conversion Bramley, near Guildford

The Piggery is a cosy barn of 530sqft with exposed oak beams and flagstone floors that sleeps two people. Located in a small hamlet on the edge of Bramley village, within an area of great landscape value, just off the A281. It has easy access to numerous good pubs, walking and cycling in the beautiful countryside. The river Wey is a 5-minute walk from a footpath directly from our house. We have recently added a 2-person hot tub to the listing.

The Old Dairy

The Old Dairy is a conversion / re-build of Lockhurst Hatch Farm's original milking parlour. Newly completed in 2018, it's set just off the farm-yard and has a beautiful wooded aspect to the rear. Meticulous attention to detail to create a contemporary living space that still retains its rustic imprint. Two bedrooms - one double and either one super king size bed OR two single (twin) beds sleeping up to 4 guests.
