Just 10 miles from the Lake District National Park, it makes an ideal base from which to explore this stunning region.

The Hayloft
Situated in Warwick-on-Eden, this delightful cottage where the hay was originally stored, is within five minutes of the M6 motorway near Carlisle. Built of local sandstone, it dates back to around 1842 and overlooks a cobbled courtyard. It was tastefully restored some twenty years ago retaining the original wooden beams and offers a high standard of accommodation for a maximum of four people. It's within walking distance of both the renowned pub, The Queens and local shops at Warwick Bridge.

The house is located in the village of Banks, 1 mile from Lanercost Priory and 4 miles from the market town of Brampton. It is ideally located for day trips to the beaches of Northumberland, the Scottish Borders or the Lake District National Park.
