Cozy one level home with 2 bedrooms (Main- King bed, 2nd- bunk with twin over double plus trundle) Kitchen with quartz counters + 4 new appls n coffee bar. A 120-year old, two story brick townhouse. This old gal will keep you warm and cozy. Private backyard features a hot tub, firepit and outdoor furniture. There are 3 bedrooms, a queen, a double, and a single over double bunk bed. All very comfy beds. Close to walk to groceries, the YMCA gym & pool, pubs, great tacos and Brandon University. 10 minute drive to the Brandon Hills with beautiful treed walking and biking trails. 1 hour drive to Riding Mountain National Park.

A fully equipped kitchen and black stone grill are ready for you! There is no wifi or tv! There are board games!
