Quiet, private, updated home, NOT a cottage: >2200 sq ft, single level 3B/3B, + bonus lower-level walk-out/office. Master bed double shower/jacuzzi overlooking the water! Multiple oceanfront decks. 100 ft granite shoreline, short stroll to nearby sand beaches. Swim, fish, read a book, or watch the sailboats go by! (Not suitable for children/pets/events.)

We are sharing our "happy place". Cozy, family-friendly cottage has everything you need to enjoy a lovely vacation in a quintessential New England town. Recommended for groups of up to 4 (5 if with kids). Second bedroom (king) is open to living area-we provide a folding screen for door area and curtain for “passthrough”.

Enjoy our newly remodeled 3 bedroom home with water views and a 250 foot walk to Limewood Beach with private beach access. Our home is a 5 minute walk to 5 restaurants and bars, and a 5 minute Uber ride to the train station. Enjoy swimming and boating in the warmer months, or take a stroll along the beach and collect shells and sea glass all year round. No matter which time of year you visit, you will appreciate the tranquility of the ocean and will feel completely relaxed during your stay.

Hartwoods Yurt

Enjoy a unique wilderness getaway and unwind in a peaceful, 10.3 acre wooded environment in our 30’ diameter Yurt, which sleeps 4 in North Guilford, CT. This elevated cylindrical dwelling offers solitude and a large deck with comfortable chairs and forest views. Shaded and cool in the summer with air conditioning and fans available. This Yurt provides a wonderful respite from the hectic world. Perfect for nature lovers with a nearby brook and miles of trails for hiking and mountain biking.
