Just 30 min to Mohawk or Southington Ski Mountains. Just 10 min to downtown Litchfield, close to local farms & vineyards. For security we have two exterior cameras facing the door & driveway.

Our modified charming turn of the century 1900's beach cottage has all you need to relax and unwind directly on the beach. 4 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a new kitchen, very large deck and all the amenities you could ask for. Walk to the public beach, the splash pad or either of the two amazing seafood restaurants all within a few feet. Wake and fall asleep to the peaceful sound of ocean waves--the beach is calling.

Guest House at the Marina

Traveling nurses, academic rentals happily considered! A beautiful, modern one bedroom apartment on the second floor with a gorgeous view of the Indian River and tidal marsh. It is 600 sq feet, completely renovated, with a queen size bed, a well-appointed kitchen & bathroom. Walking distance to the Clinton train station. Stays in-season include use of 2 kayaks or SUPs per day (2 hours) provided by Indian River Kayak from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

The Cottage at Indian Cove

A charming original turn of the century cottage that was recently renovated. One main room plus a full bathroom and Ikea kitchen. It includes a back porch that gets a perfect amount of late afternoon sun. The cottage has electric baseboard heat for cool nights. We are located in Indian Cove beach Association with a two block walk to the beach. You are welcome to enjoy our kayaks, bikes to tour the area and a fire pit.
