These two cottages are rented as one combined unit, connected by a breezeway with convenient keypad locks. The cottages sit on three acres consisting of a large playing field and walking trail in the woods. Both cottages offer hardwood & tile floors, vaulted ceilings, and custom cabinets with quartz countertops. Each cottage sleeps up to 6 people. The cottages each have a Smart TV with WiFi. Located just 1.5 miles from a grocery store, pizza place, pharmacy, Dollar General and Ace Hardware.

Cottage is one minute to Cricket Creek marina/State park, 10 minutes to Big Cedar Lodge/Top of the Rock, and 20 minutes to Branson amenities. 15 miles to world class golfing. Some venues seasonal.

Completely renovated A-frame cottage has the feel of lake life but with modern flair. Boat ramp access, a short walk to the water's edge and a 2 minute trip to the Black Oak Amphitheater, this A-frame is a dream. Perfect for a fishing trip or just a lake getaway! Sadie’s Cottage is just 10 minutes from Branson's famous strip, Silver Dollar City, The Branson Landing, shopping and restaurants. Sadie’s Cottage is one of FIVE units at Sunset Hills Cottages.
