Large off road parking area with wide double gate access, car essential to enjoy this stunning area. NEW for 2025 Outdoor summerhouse Kitchen/Dining/ Music /Aga Heated space for larger groups and longer stays who wish to self cater. This is an optional extra £20 per night if required bookable and payable to host on arrival.

Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Make you trip to Edinburgh truly memorable with a stay at Craigiehall Temple. Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, it's Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. A plaque on the wall carries a quote from Horace: "Dum Iicet in rebus jucundis vive beatus", "Live happy while you can among joyful things". We hope that a stay at the Temple will deliver this experience and stay true to this vision.

Stay with family or friends with space for 2-8 guests in our characterful cottage in the stunning College Valley in Northumberland National Park. The location is about as rural as you’ll find in the whole of England – you’re more likely to see wild goats, roe deer and sheep than people in this valley!! Starling’s Rest Tiny Home, Ednam, Scottish Borders

Starling's Rest log cabin is tiny but mighty and packs some attractive features which include: - Functional kitchenette - Walk-in electric shower - Modernised double Scottish box-bed - Smart television - Wi-Fi - Wood burning stove - Coffee machine As well as its own enclosed garden area with outdoor seating. We welcome up to two well-behaved small dogs (or 1 medium to large sized dog), and there are some lovely walks for canines and their humans right on the doorstep.

The Byre. Cosy, eco friendly barn camping.

The Byre is a delightful upcycled 19th century listed cow byre on an old farm. The room looks out on to the farm courtyard. There is a large garden for visitors use, and dark skies above us. We are an eco friendly family, and the Byre comes with a private composting toilet in a separate wooden shed, and a water supply just outside.Think of it as cosy camping in a stone tent.
