Casa Carolina Brasov - Charming city centre house

This 19th century traditional house has been designed to match what we believe people want, maximum comfort, absolute peace, holiday feel and absolute attention to detail.
 Renovated in April 2019, the designers tried to keep the character of the building, keeping the original brickwork and wooden beams and restoring certain items such as: the 100 year old clawfoot bathtub and the Thonet washstand found in the attic bathroom, the Thonet chairs and the eclectic floor lamps in the living room.

Our Piece of Dream was designed to offer not just accommodation, but a truly unique experience. Staying here feels like living in a cozy wood cabin, with the breathtaking view of a mountain retreat and the intimacy of the forest, blending rustic charm with modern convenience. Guests are welcome to play with our Bernese Mountain Dogs, and families with children will also find a safe and fun playground space to enjoy. Our complex includes two houses: Piece of Heaven and Piece of Dream.

My place is close to family-friendly activities, nightlife, and public transportand good supermarkets! You’ll love my place because of the light, the comfy bed, the kitchen. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). By booking this space You are becoming part of a bigger project - full restoration of the house which began Decemer 2010. I can tell You and You can read about it in a booklet when You arrive. Unitate de cazare primenita,aranjata,dezinfectata si numai buna de petrecut timp de calitate .Dotata cu toate cele necesare,de la wi fi,tv-uri smart pana la masina de spalat vase,cafetiera,sandwich maker sau toaster ,nu aveti nevoie decat de putin timp liber pentru a va bucura de avantajele naturii. Nu sunt acceptate animale,iar fumatul este permis doar pe terasa.

Balcescu Residence in Old City Center Brasov

A very warm and welcoming apartment, located in the heart of the old historic city center of Brasov. It is located on street Nicolae Balcescu, 20m away from the bus station, across the street from a very good mini-market and a fresh fruit & vegetable store, near the artisanal bakery and farmacy. The Main Square and Black Church are in a 2 minutes walk, the same as Republicii street - the main pedestrian street full with nice restaurants, coffee shops, terraces.
